Unbelievable I didn't have this in my routine before, I must've lived behind a rock or something. It reaches everywhere and the water stream is powerful enough to get all the debris out, the water tank is big enough to last for 1 session so you don't have to refill. I've been using this thing for 2 months now and it's still working perfectly, speaking for it's quality and durability.
